ATSFreeCV is an AI-powered resume optimization tool that helps job seekers analyze their resumes against Applicant Tracking System (ATS) criteria, match them to job descriptions, rewrite bullet points, and download ATS-friendly resume templates.

Our service is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. We are not a recruitment agency, employer, or career consulting service.

ATSFreeCV does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that use of our platform will result in job interviews, job offers, or employment. Resume scores, keyword suggestions, rewritten bullets, and all other AI-generated outputs are informational suggestions only — not professional career advice.

Hiring decisions are made solely by employers and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any employment decisions, rejections, or outcomes related to resumes created or modified using our platform.

You remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting it to any employer.

Our platform uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI API) to analyze, score, and rewrite resume content. AI-generated outputs:

• May contain inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate suggestions
• Do not constitute professional career, legal, or HR advice
• Should always be reviewed and edited by you before use
• May vary between requests — the same input may produce different outputs on different occasions
• Are not a substitute for professional resume writers, career coaches, or recruiters

We expressly disclaim any liability for actions taken based on AI-generated suggestions, including but not limited to career decisions, job applications, or changes to your resume.

Uploaded CV files are retained for up to 7 days and then automatically deleted from our active storage, unless you delete them sooner or account deletion/cleanup occurs earlier.

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload resumes or content that you do not own or have rights to use
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Use automated tools to create accounts or make bulk requests
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any output generated by our platform without our written permission

ATSFreeCV offers three options:

• Free — €0. Limited to one ATS resume scan per day, with your ATS score, strengths/weaknesses report, and basic job-description matching.
• Pay per CV — a one-time charge of $2.00 USD that unlocks full optimization of a single resume (unlimited scans for that CV, AI rewriting, job matching, and DOCX/PDF export). This is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
• Pro — a recurring subscription of $10 USD per month providing unlimited CV creation and scans, the AI resume rewriter, missing-skills analysis, all premium templates, and priority AI processing.

All payments are processed securely by Polar. Prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.

Subscription billing: By subscribing to Pro you authorize us to charge your payment method $10 on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

One-time purchases: The $2 per-CV purchase is charged once and is non-recurring.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription months or for one-time per-CV purchases once the optimization has been used. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected].

Right of withdrawal (EU/Turkey): Where digital content is supplied immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that by starting to use a paid feature you consent to immediate performance and waive any statutory cooling-off / withdrawal right to the extent permitted by law.

ATSFreeCV and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by ATSFreeCV and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of your resume content and any materials you upload.

By uploading content to our platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal data or resume content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ATSFreeCV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of employment or career opportunities
• Loss of income or revenue
• Loss of data
• Errors or omissions in AI-generated content
• Temporary unavailability of the service

Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or €50 (fifty euros), whichever is greater.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including Turkey's Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
